The University of Wisconsin South Asia Summer Language Institute (SASLI) is a formal educational collaboration of the US Department of Education-designated Title VI National Resource Centers for South Asia , including the University of Chicago's South Asia Language and Resource Center (SALAC). SASLI is also funded in partnership with the South Asia Language Resource Center (SALRC).

Pacific Village Institute (PVI) Educator Forum in Asia
Designed for educators committed to improving Asia-related education in U.S. classrooms, PVI's professional development programs in China , India , the Himalayas , South India and Sri Lanka , and Vietnam provide intensive opportunities for small groups of qualified teachers to learn firsthand about Asian history, culture, politics, and current events. The Institute also sponsors summer and semester programs for students, as well as collaborative programs for schools.

Asian Educational Media Service
The Asian Educational Media Service (AEMS) is a program of the Center for East Asian and Pacific Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign . Their mission is to promote understanding of Asian cultures and peoples and to assist teachers at all levels, from elementary schools to colleges and universities, and other individuals and groups, in learning and teaching about Asia.
